How long will the workouts take?

All of the workouts take as little as 7 minutes and you'll can be done in 15 minutes depending on how many sets are done.

Is there a schedule, how do I know what to do?

Yes! there is a detailed plan that shows you exactly what exercise to do. How many reps, sets, how hard you should work. It tells you EXACTLY with to do every day, 7 days a week for 6 weeks straight. And guess what? when you are done, you can start right from the beginning again. 

Do I need any special equipment

The entire plan is designed to be done at home with little to no equipment. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Exercise bands are a plus but you can still do the program if you don't have them.
